LW Pharma Terrazzo is the hygienic flooring made by LEONHARD WEISS Fußbodentechnik for the pharmaceutical industry. Due to its special characteristics it fulfils the criteria prescribed for production areas in the pharmaceutical field.
Suitable for powder, granulated materials, suspensions, emulsions, liquids, pastes, creams, ointments, gels, lotions, liniments, injection and transfusion preparations, tablets, coated tablets, melting tablets, drinking tablets, pellets, capsules, dragées, suppositories, transdermal therapeutic systems (TTS), tinctures, percolates, drug extracts, macerations, infusions, decoctions, eye drops, multiple unit pellet system (MUPS), medical devices as well as biotechnological and homoeopathic medicines.

Pharma Terrazzo and design are not contradictory

The jointless LW Pharma Terrazzo resembles a real Terrazzo and is visually very attractive. There are six standard colour variants to choose from and to adapt it to the interior design concept. On request other colour variations can also be produced. The surface can be realised mat or with silk-gloss according to the Workplaces Ordinance.

Variation suitable for clean-rooms

All floor connections like pipe penetrations, drains, gullies, floor scales and other floor fittings can be installed perfectly suitably for clean-rooms without joints. The wall connections can be carried out as jointless grooves or in triangular design und are installed completely free of voids. Microbes are thus prevented from entering under or behind the flooring.
LW Pharma Terrazzo does not require any additional treatment and thus considerably reduces the cost of maintenance.
