Hygienic floor with marginal thickness

With a thickness of less than 3 mm the hygienic floor LW Terrazzino is perfectly suitable for difficult requirements. The jointless floor is laid in the new construction and renovation of buildings, especially in hygiene areas. It is suitable for the pharmaceutical or fine chemicals industry, for laboratories, R + D areas, cafeterias and hospitals.
The synthetic resin floor is available in the variants ECF or DIF for the new construction/renovation of buildings and in areas exposed to explosion hazards according to ATEX 100 a or BGR 132. Thanks to good running and aeration characteristics, a surface without pores can be achieved.

New floor without removing the old flooring

Thanks to the marginal thickness of LW Terrazzino the old floor covering does not need to be removed in many cases. The jointless surface of LW Terrazzino closely resembles a classic Terrazzo floor and is carried out with silk-gloss appearance. Grooves can only be carried out in one colour, not in Terrazzino appearance.

Thanks to its marginal thickness the hygienic floor LW Terrazzino is also perfectly suitable for the use of floor heating.

Jointless, GMP and FDA conform

Like the clean-room floor for the pharmaceutical industry LW Terrazzino is also laid without joints and fulfils all requirements according to EC regulation of good manufacturing practice for medicinal products (GMP) and FDA (US standard).

Aesthetically appealing hygienic floor

LW Terrazzino is visually attractive and available in a variety of colors. The surface is available in a semi-matt finish. Coved corners are only available in monochromatic finishes and specifically not in the TERRAZZINO look. All floors are applied by our own permanent staff.

Jointless and
non-porous

LW Terrazzino is laid without joints. A non-porous surface can be achieved with good flow and ventilation properties. This also applies for conductive designs.
