LW Pharma Terrazzo Natural is the hygienic, attractive flooring for hygiene areas in the pharmaceutical and fine chemicals industry. It is especially suitable for large, continuous surfaces (>500 m²), as the installation has been developed for the use of machines.

The jointless LW Pharma Terrazzo Natural is used in production areas of medicinal products up to purity level C or ISO class 8 - 9. It fulfils all requirements according to EC regulation for the good manufacturing practice (GMP) for medicinal products and FDA (US standard). In the variations ECF or DIF the Terrazzo can be used in the new construction/renovation of areas exposed to explosion hazards according to ATEX 100a or BGR 132. An electrically conductive (according to DIN EN61340-4.1 and DIN EN1081) or antistatic variation of LW Pharma TerrazzoNatural is also available.
Visually attractive and economic
The flooring made of epoxy resin and special granulated materials, visually closely resembles a classic Terrazzo. Thanks to the installation by means of machines LW Pharma Terrazzo Natural allows for a very economic and rapid realisation (for ex. for large packaging areas). Connections to walls can only be realised in triangular design when using the Terrazzo floor. The flooring is available in many different RAL colours as basic colours, but other colours can be produced on request. The floor is sealed on the basis of epoxy or PU. The surface is mat or with silk-gloss.
